We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on stitchmeister.com with original tags attached within 7 days of the original delivery date. Unfortunately, any items outside of this policy are ineligible for returns.
We closely monitor returns to identify possible misuse or abuse of our policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We offer an exchange or credit note for faulty items or change of size. Items will only be exchanged/credited if they are:
- In their original purchase condition.
- Have not been worn, washed, used or damaged.
- Are accompanied by the original receipt.
- Have all original tags and stickers.
All exchanges & returns must be posted back to Stitchmeister within 7 days of the original delivery date. For items deemed faulty by Stitchmeister upon receipt, customers will be provided with our account shipping details. For exchanges; customers are responsible for shipping costs and any other charges incurred by their shipping carriers. Time for exchanges will revert back to the original production time of 7-14 business days + shipping time.
Please note that we do not offer refunds.
Exchanges are made at the original purchase price. After 7 days of receiving the product, all Sales are Final.

Sorry, we cannot process returns purchased from our retail partners. If you purchased your Stitchmeister product at a store or website other than stitchmeister.com, please contact the retailer directly.
